𝐁𝐚𝐜𝐡𝐚𝐚 𝐏𝐚𝐫𝐭𝐲 is looking to hire a skilled and experienced candidate for the position of 𝐉𝐮𝐧𝐢𝐨𝐫 𝐂𝐚𝐭𝐞𝐠𝐨𝐫𝐲 𝐀𝐧𝐚𝐥𝐲𝐬𝐭.

𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:

• Help me with distribution planning with the help of system and data.
• Update daily excel report (distribution and stock movement).
• Share new merchandise information with stores team in group.
• Talk to my stores for us and confirm the bulk stock in central warehouse.
• Answer OPL queries of stores.
• After checking, send the replenishment data to the BI team.
• Manage the replenishment of hard lines and provide printouts to the team.
• Daily follow-up from the replenishment and dispatch team to ensure equal packing and dispatch time.
• Generate and email a report of the percentage of replenishment.
• Check and report on stores with zero stock.
• Keep records and report on old (aged) VMI stock.
• Share oversold items with the retail store group.
• Assist in creating zero stock reports for the central warehouse.

𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬:

• Bachelor’s degree (Business or Commerce is good).
• Proficient in MS Excel and can create simple reports.
• Able to communicate fluently with people.
• Able to handle multiple tasks and reports
• Have a basic understanding of stock and supply chain management
• Be a diligent worker
