𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:

• Resolving customer issues** by taking responsibility.
• Handling complaints** effectively and closely following up.
• Conducting customer feedback surveys** (150-200 per day) and recording insights.
• Showing empathy and courtesy**, making customers feel valued.
• Solving issues after making them**, making SOPs and giving ideas to improve customer experience.

𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬:

• Bachelor’s degree** required.
• 1–3 years of experience** in customer service, support, or call center.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills**, customer-focused.
• Problem solving and conflict resolution** must be present.
• Patience and empathy to handle **high call volume**.
• Knowledge of basic MS Office or CRM systems**.

Location: Central Warehouse, Korangi Industrial Area, Karachi.

𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:

• Distribution Planning** Assist with data and systems.
• Daily Excel reports** Update and maintain (distribution and stock movement).
• Share **New Arrival** updates with stores team.
• Confirm **Bulk Stock** availability with central warehouse.
• Respond to store queries** regarding OPL.
• Share **Verified replenishment data** to BI team.
• Manage **Fill in hard letters** and provide printouts to team.
• Daily follow-up** with replenishment and shipping teams until timely packing and dispatch.
• Prepare **Replenishment Percentage Reports** and circulation.
• Monitor and report on **Zero Stock**.
• Manage **Aged VMI Stock** and report.
• Sharing details of high volume items** in the store group.
• Assist me in preparing **Central Warehouse Zero Stock Reports**.

𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬:

o Bachelor’s degree (Supply Chain / Business / Commerce preferred).
o Strong command of MS Excel (data handling & reporting).
o Good coordination and communication skills.
o Ability to manage multiple reports and follow-ups efficiently.
o Basic understanding of inventory, replenishment, and distribution processes.
o Attention to detail and analytical mindset.
