Qualifications and Education:

BSC in accounting or commerce.

Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in accounting

Knowledge: MS Office, accounting systems, very good English

  1. Review and book all company expenses through supplier invoices, petty cash, accruals, or prepayments to ensure that all period expenses were booked for proper monthly closing.
  2. Maintain control sheets for accruals and prepayments to book all monthly additions and amortizations to help proper monthly closing
  3. 3. To check all service providers’ invoices, ensure the correctness of the invoices and calculations, and then book them accordingly for monthly closing purposes and payment arrangements.
  4. To reconcile all transporters and insurance company accounts every month to show the differences and solve any discrepancies.
  5. Assisting in monthly, quarterly, and yearly closing by preparing any report required by management and external auditors to help in the interim and end-year audits
  6. Participate in periodic stock counting to check the correctness of the physical stock against the system and help find the differences to get the final and correct figures
