Job Skills & Responsibilities:

Product Manager/Senior Product Manager** will lead the development and management of card products.
Work with the Head of Debit Cards** to develop the card strategy, focusing on revenue and cost.
Define the **Vision and Roadmap** for card products.
Develop new products** by understanding market opportunities and customer needs.
Create unique features and benefits** for card products using business intelligence.
Work with teams** to launch new products and features.
Share your **Product expertise** and collaborate with stakeholders and card schemes.

Eligibility Criteria:

Qualification: Minimum qualification Bachelors Degree required/ Master’s will be preferred

Department: ADC Business Division

Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience

Retrieve Credit Card System Files and process in Core Banking System.
Process customer Reversal Requests.
Prepare Advance Tax and Service Sales Tax details for reporting.
Report Credit Card Operations follow-ups and issues.
Prepare Cross Border Transaction Data for reporting.
Prepare Monthly GL Details.
Post Credit Card Settlement Vouchers (Domestic and International) to Core Banking System.
Respond to Credit Card Payments from Branches.
Resolve Customer Complaints related to Finance Operations.
Credit Card Management and Reward Merchant Invoice for payment.
Prepare credit card expense data for reporting.
Assist line manager in month end and year end.
