QUALIFICATION: Master’s in Management or any other relevant field.

EXPERIENCE:12-14 years of experience, with a minimum of 6 years in teaching and 6-8 years in education administration.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Leading the school’s academic and administrative affairs, developing a clear strategy to improve educational standards, making daily life effective, and coordinating all systems in accordance with institutional policies and leadership guidelines.

SKILLS

• Experience in effective teaching and learning of modern teaching methods and curricula

   

• Good understanding of CAIE public standards and systems.

   

• Experience in using alternative and effective school systems

   

• Ability to train and improve court performance

   

• Proficient in using MS Office and other tools
