Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for day-to-Day Lab activity in the Beverage segment through application & innovation using Kerry’s flavors and ingredients.
• Ensure the laboratory is well-stocked and resourced and that everything is labelled properly and accurately.
• Build a Flavour portfolio for various beverage applications by identifying new flavors and collaborating with flavorists and the RDA team.
• Keep up to date all technical developments by maintaining RTD Recipes & Records.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Food Technology and Food Science
• Minimum 1 year experience is an added bonus
• Understanding of Analytical, Sensory, Quality methodologies applicable to beverage applications
• Must be able to speak and write in Arabic
