The individual in the role of Inventory Executive will take on the responsibility of keeping up-to-date inventory records, communicating with the teams of warehouse and procurement, and making sure that there is a proper stock management system in place throughout the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and manage daily inventory operations, ensuring accuracy and proper documentation

• Maintain and update inventory records, reports, and stock levels

• Coordinate with procurement and warehouse teams to manage stock inflows and outflows

• Assist in stock audits and reconciliation activities

• Identify and resolve discrepancies in inventory and recommend improvements

• Support operational efficiency and ensure compliance with company policies

Eligibility Criteria:

• Proven experience in inventory management, preferably in the FMCG sector

• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills

• Attention to detail with excellent record-keeping and reporting abilities

• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
