Black Engineering Career Openeings | Jobs In Dubai

So, who’s Black Engineering?

Picture a crew that’s all about pushing boundaries—building wild stuff in construction, infrastructure, and tech that actually matters. We’re the folks who get called when the project is complicated and needs to not suck. We care about quality, yeah, but also about not being stuck in the past. If you want to work somewhere that doesn’t bore you to tears and actually lets you learn stuff, keep reading.

Hot Jobs for 2025 (No, Seriously, We’re Hiring)

1) Project Directors (You *must* have KSA experience)
– Boss around (err, lead) mega-projects in Saudi Arabia. Big stuff, real budgets.
– Juggle teams, timelines, and clients. Sometimes all at once.
– Make sure everything follows the rules (yes, all of them).
– You’re basically the glue between clients, consultants, and the rest of us.

What you need:
– 10 years (or more) wrangling big projects, especially in KSA.
– Degree in engineering or something similar. We won’t quiz you, but you should know your stuff.
– Top-notch people skills. If you hate meetings, maybe skip this one.

2) Project Managers
– Manage the engineers, architects, and the whole works.
– Monitor progress and update management.
– Manage Risks and quality.
– Be on top of risks and quality stuff.

What you need:
– Bachelor’s in engineering or project management.
– 5–7 years running projects that didn’t blow up.
– PMP cert is cool but not a deal-breaker.
– Leadership skills—like actually getting people to do things.

3) Production Managers (Arabic speakers, this is your moment)
– Keep production on track and up to snuff.
– Manage teams, optimize resources, hit deadlines.
– Deal with suppliers, logistics, and everyone in between.

What you need:
– Degree in engineering or industrial production.
– At least 5 years doing this in construction or manufacturing.
– Arabic fluency? Big plus.
– Good at squeezing more out of less.

4) Artwork Production Managers
– Run the show for all the visuals—design, artwork, whatever the project needs.
– Quality control, brand vibes, and making sure things don’t look like garbage.
– Work with creative and technical nerds to hit deadlines.

What you need:
– Background in graphic design, architecture, or engineering.
– 3–5 years making sure artwork actually gets made.
– Know your way around AutoCAD, Adobe, etc.
– Eagle eye for details, but chill enough to manage projects.

5) Planners (You *must* have PMC experience—no exceptions)
– Build and run project schedules like a boss.
– Use tools like Primavera P6 or MS Project (no, spreadsheets alone won’t cut it).
– Keep everyone on track, shift things when reality happens.
– Turn chaos into pretty reports for the higher-ups.

What you need:
– 5 years in a PMC environment (yes, really).
– Bachelor’s in something relevant.
– Deep knowledge of planning software.
– Love for analytics and reporting.

6) Logistics Manager (Again, Arabic speaking and KSA-based preferred)
– Own the logistics game—transport, warehousing, inventory, the whole shebang—for our Saudi projects.
– Make sure everything arrives where and when it should.
– Deal with vendors, customs, and site people. Some days, you’ll feel like a magician.

What you need:
– Degree in logistics, supply chain, or engineering.
– 5–7 years making logistics work in KSA.
– Arabic is a big plus.
– Ninja-level organization and negotiation.
