• Understanding the training needs of employees and designing training programs accordingly.

   

• Conducting easy and engaging training sessions, whether in the office or online.

   

• Assisting in training that improves leadership, work skills, and behavior.

   

• Improving the organizational environment, teamwork, motivation and change process.

   

• Assessing the results of training to see if it is convincing?

   

• Improving learning conditions and positive learning change.

   

• Improving the practical strategy of learning and development.

Bachelors in Marketing, E-commerce, Design, or a related field | 4+ years experience in merchandising, CRO, or e-commerce optimization.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Display products beautifully on the website.

   

• Make sure the website design is fresh and in line with the brand.

   

• Make the website easy for people to buy things from.

   

• Try two different designs to see which one is better.

   

• Designing by observing people’s usage.

   

• Understanding which products people like the most.

   

• Working closely with the design, tech, and marketing teams.

   

• Learn new website design techniques.

   

• Use tagging and website optimization tools.

   

• Understand numbers (data) and come up with new ideas.
