MANAGER – PRODUCT STRATEGY

Minimum BBA, preferably MBA (Marketing or Project Management). 3-5 years of relevant experience in FMCG, beauty, or cosmetics industry in product planning, strategy, or operations. Strong awareness of market trends, competitor activity, and product availability in the market.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Lead planning for new product initiatives and oversee smooth execution with product managers.
• Coordinate and consolidate operational updates from product managers (Perfumes & Cosmetics) for department leadership.
• Liaise with procurement, planning, marketing, and creative departments for timely product launches and campaigns.
• Monitor product timelines, track progress, and escalate issues where required.
• Analyze market dynamics and customer insights to identify product opportunities.
• Collaborate with suppliers and vendors for timely updates, sourcing, and follow-ups.
• Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and regulatory standards.
• Prepare consolidated reports and dashboards for management review.
• Drive cross-functional communication to ensure efficient execution across departments.
