Hiring – Purchase Manager
Qualification: Bachelor’s in Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field
Experience: 10+ years in procurement, ideally within footwear manufacturing
Location: Multan Road Lahore

Job Tasks / Responsibilities:

• Identify and vet raw material suppliers

   

• Prepare SOPs and procedures

   

• Maintain stock balance

   

• Negotiate pricing and payment terms

   

• Check materials against factory and customer standards

   

• Arrive materials on time as per production schedule

Knowledge & Skills Requirements:

• Strong negotiation skills for a buyer of footwear materials

   

• Knowledge of suppliers and vendor base

   

• Knowledge of different types and grades of leather

   

• Management and supervisory skills

   

• Must be able to work with diverse factory teams

   

• Excellent communication skills

   

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

Hiring : Costing Manager
Qualification: Bachelor’s in Accounting, Finance/Equivalent
Experience: 5+ years in a manufacturing environment; Footwear industry experience

Job Tasks / Responsibilities:

• Calculating shoe labor and overhead costs

   

• Verifying material accuracy

   

• Monitoring leather and chemical wastage

   

• Determining the financial impact of production failures

   

• Equipping factory overheads (electricity, rent, maintenance)

   

• Comparing and reporting standard costs and actual costs

   

• Managing material issuance

   

• Price reconciliation

   

• Cost estimation (pattern tracing)

   

• Material purchase cost control and comparison

Knowledge & Skills Requirements:

• Knowledge of the price of leather and synthetic shoes

   

• Labor work study and standard minute address

   

• The work process is of scientific analysis and improvement.

   

• Pricing based on material consumption and grade

   

• Knowledge of the shoe industry

   

• Microsoft D365 equivalent data entry

   

• Cost sheet bananas

   

• Tracing patterns accurately on graph paper

   

• Expert level Excel and experience
