Minimum Qualification:

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Polymer Chemistry, or equivalent
• A Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or MBA is preferred
• Fluency in the English Language; written and oral

Minimum Experience & Knowledge & Skills:

• Minimum of 12 years of relevant experience; in Polymers, Petrochemicals, and Commercial Occupations.
• Thorough understanding of product management principles and concepts.
• Knowledge or certification in project management
• Hands-on engineering costing, quality management, feasibility studies.
• Polymers Technology and understanding of end-to-end processes and products Insert the minimum experience(s), Knowledge, and Skills required for the job.
