Job Responsibilities:
- Communicate vision, strategy and clear direction to retail staff
- Motivate and retain the boutique team members
- Supervise the organisation and the team efficiency, monitor objectives, encourage team work, share knowledge and expertise
- Support team members in their individual development and coordinate with training team on individual needs
Job Requirements:
- You have at least 5 years’ experience in boutique management in a luxury retail environment preferably in fragrance and beauty.
- You have a strong knowledge of managing 360 boutique operations. Excellent interpersonal, communication and organizational skills along with a strong analytic and intercultural approach will be a real asset to succeed in this position.
- Fluent English language skills are a must, Arabic would be a real advantage.
