• Ensuring Great Guest and Client Front-line Services
• Box office ticketing and orders
• Selling merchandise
• Scanning tickets if needed

 Requirements:

• As a Customer Service Representative at Revolution Place, you are high energy and love serving customers.
• The Revolution Place events are loud and crowded, you must be comfortable in this environment.
• You are personable and friendly, that always puts the customer first.
• Experience in a position that handles money, an asset.
• Must be comfortable with computers and eager to learn new software.
