Description:

The Brand Executive is responsible for assisting in developing the brand operational, promoting brand growth and expansion, implementing brand plans, and using a variety of data to drive volume and profitability. He/ she is liable to focus on achieving brand business objectives in the short and long term.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Assist brand Manager in supervising daily operations of the organization.
  • Develop productive, profitable and achievement oriented working environment for employees.
  • Address operational issues and concerns in a timely fashion.
  • Supervise operations team to ensure operational excellence and excellent customer services.
  • Educate operations team on best practices, company policies and service excellence standards.
  • Maintain operational guidelines for staffs.
  • Determine staffing requirements, work assignment and schedules for new projects.
  • Coordinate with brand Manager in different operational issues and promotional activities.
  • Evaluate current strategies and recommend improvements.
  • Generate operational reports as needed.
  • supports the BM and coordinates purchasing and orders
  • Demonstrate advanced product knowledge through sharing information with the BM by competitive shopping, shopping stores and the market.
  • Manage and upload Purchase orders

Job Requirements:

  • 2 to 3 years of experience as a junior Business development/ brand management or related field.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business administration, accounting, Marketing, finance or related field.
  • Previous experience in retail is a must.
  • Proven ability to work cross-functionally.
  • Experience managing a brand across multiple markets.
  • Creative thinker and problem solver.
