Description:
The Brand Executive is responsible for assisting in developing the brand operational, promoting brand growth and expansion, implementing brand plans, and using a variety of data to drive volume and profitability. He/ she is liable to focus on achieving brand business objectives in the short and long term.
Job Responsibilities:
- Assist brand Manager in supervising daily operations of the organization.
- Develop productive, profitable and achievement oriented working environment for employees.
- Address operational issues and concerns in a timely fashion.
- Supervise operations team to ensure operational excellence and excellent customer services.
- Educate operations team on best practices, company policies and service excellence standards.
- Maintain operational guidelines for staffs.
- Determine staffing requirements, work assignment and schedules for new projects.
- Coordinate with brand Manager in different operational issues and promotional activities.
- Evaluate current strategies and recommend improvements.
- Generate operational reports as needed.
- supports the BM and coordinates purchasing and orders
- Demonstrate advanced product knowledge through sharing information with the BM by competitive shopping, shopping stores and the market.
- Manage and upload Purchase orders
Job Requirements:
- 2 to 3 years of experience as a junior Business development/ brand management or related field.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business administration, accounting, Marketing, finance or related field.
- Previous experience in retail is a must.
- Proven ability to work cross-functionally.
- Experience managing a brand across multiple markets.
- Creative thinker and problem solver.
