- Drives business growth in an accretive way across the region through the teams in the countries and relevant business partners
- Ensures consumer centricity, contributes and executes innovation pipeline while maintaining vibrancy via relevant renovation for his/her brands with the support of the different partner agencies
- Contributes to the development of consumer portrait and category strategy.
- Special focus on enhancing the online experience across touchpoints.
- Update and implement the consumer-brand ecosystem.
- Contributes to the development and executes strong, functionally aligned brand and ICP plan.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or equivalent.
- Minimum 3-5 years’ experience in Marketing or 3 years in another function ideally in equivalent FMCG.
- Brand management experience on a regional level.
- Experience working in cross functional teams.
- Modern and Specialists channels as well as Ecommerce knowledge.
