What You’ll Actually Do

You’ll be the person making deals happen—from that first awkward handshake to the final signature on the dotted line. We’re talking full-on sales cycles for staffing and managed services. You’ll rub elbows with C-suite folks, whip up solutions that don’t suck, and basically be a big part of why Metamorfs keeps growing across UAE and MENA. Sound like a lot? It is.

Responsibilities

– Sniff out, chase, and actually close new business for staffing and managed services. No hand-holding.
– Run the whole sales show: cold calls, pitches, proposals, arguing (negotiations), and sealing the deal.
– Make friends (business friends, anyway) with decision-makers and all those bigshot CXOs.
– Work with our in-house crew to make sure we can deliver what you just promised—no setting us up to fail, please.
– Keep your sales pipeline squeaky clean in the CRM, pump out forecasts, and track those KPIs like your bonus depends on it (because honestly, it probably does).

What We Need from You

– Education: Bachelor’s degree in Science, B.Tech, B.E., or B.C.A.—basic stuff.
– Experience: 5–7 years doing B2B biz dev in staffing/managed services. If you haven’t worked with big clients in UAE/MENA for at least 3 years, sorry, not gonna fly.
– You’ve managed a revenue portfolio of $3M+ before, so this isn’t your first rodeo.
– Skills: You talk the talk and walk the walk, especially in front of clients. Killer at presentations, can close deals without someone holding your hand, and you don’t get lost in a CRM.
– Other: Got a UAE driving license? Mandatory. Can you start yesterday? Even better. You’ve gotta be on-site in Dubai, no remote stuff here.
