Responsibilities:
- Identify and prospect potential clients in the target market segments, utilizing various channels such as cold calling, networking events, social media platforms, and industry research.
- Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to stay ahead in the market.
- Build and maintain relationships with new and existing clients, understanding their business objectives, and identifying opportunities for collaboration and growth.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop and execute effective strategies to achieve sales targets and maximize revenue.
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and pitches to prospective clients, highlighting the value proposition of our products and services.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product development, to ensure alignment of business development efforts with overall company goals.
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments, attending conferences, workshops, and networking events to expand knowledge and enhance professional growth.
- Track sales activities, update the CRM system, and generate regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 0.5-1 year of experience in the IT industry, preferably in a business development or sales role.
- Strong understanding of IT products and services, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Proven ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
