Job Responsibilities:
A- Maintain extensive knowledge of the working Industry and of the current market conditions.
B- Help set the strategic growth strategy of the Business Unit with the Business Unit and the Transguard Leadership Team.
C- Develop new business with entities that are new to Transguard.
D- Work closely with the Business Unit to create new propositions and service offerings based on the needs of new clients.
E- Generate sales leads and convert leads into business opportunities.
F- Manage opportunities to win the stage and work to negotiate and close deals.
G- Understand the overall Business Unit revenue and the role that the BDM has in contributing to the overall BU revenue.
