Job Responsibilities:

• Build strong business foundations with a focus on Distribution- Must Stock List- Channel engagement programs- New Product launches
• Distributor Management building strategic business partnerships and engagement with our channel partners
• Develop and implement strategic plans in cooperation with key stakeholders (marketing- trade marketing- finance- and revenue management)
• Continually seeking new opportunities for the development of the business and brands

Job Requirements:

• Distributor management experience of 2-3 years
• Channel / retailer / customer / key account management / client engagement understanding
• Execution orientation/results driven with high energy level
• Conflict management & resolution experience with strong cross-functional engagement capabilities
• High level of resilience- persuasion- and a strong sense of entrepreneurship
• Flexibility to travel
• A strong command of English with an ability to understand and communicate clearly and effectively
