Description:

Nestlé is looking for someone to optimize and develop core business planning and tracking solutions across MENA sales function to deliver improvement in ways of working and efficiencies at speed and scale. To digitalize business processes and develop solutions in the different sales related areas aiming to increase the velocity of decision making, improve efficiency and reduce cost and time.

Job Responsibilities:

• Design, implement & leverage Global and local solution to support internally decision making and reduce waste. Projects example: MIDAS, CIM, SRE…etc.
• Lead on the sales digitization journey and development of business analytics reporting to deliver best in class insight.
• Train End Users on the new solutions, processes, gathering feedback and monitoring performance to ensure sustainability and continuous improvement.
• Cross Functional Solutions: identify experience, design and construct cross functional solutions that meet business requirements and support the Business Partner capability.

Job Requirements:

• University Degree: B.A in MIS or Data Science.
• FMCG background preferred.
• Minimum 5 years proven experience in same field with cross functional experience.
• Proficiency in English and language of the market (where appl.).
