Job Description
Job Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Business Manager to oversee the entire operations and strategic direction of our Tasheel/Tadbeer center in Dubai. The Business Manager will be responsible for leading a team, ensuring efficient day-to-day operations, fostering client relationships, and driving business growth and profitability.
Key Responsibilities:
Operational Leadership:
- Provide strategic direction and oversight to all operational activities of the Tasheel/Tadbeer center, ensuring compliance with UAE labor laws and regulations.
Team Management:
- Lead,mentor, and motivate a team of administrative staff, PROs (Public Relations Officers), and service advisors to deliver exceptional service to clients.
Client Relations:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, government entities, and other stakeholders to enhance service delivery and foster business partnerships.
Financial Management:
- Develop and manage the center’s budget, monitor financial performance, and implement cost-saving initiatives to achieve financial targets.
Business Development:
- Identify opportunities for business growth, develop strategies to expand service offerings, and implement marketing initiatives to attract new clients.
Quality Assurance:
- Ensure service quality and efficiency through regular audits, performance evaluations, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Compliance and Legal:
- Ensure adherence to all regulatory requirements, labor laws, and company policies to mitigate risks and maintain a compliant operation.
Reporting:
- Prepare regular reports for senior management, highlighting operational performance, key metrics, and strategic recommendations.
