Job Responsibilities:
- Support the continued implementation of a data driven culture within the department and SD as a whole, and champion factual decision making.
- Lead business analysis within the team and provide a recommended action plan that supports in the decision making within the department and Service Delivery.
- Manage the business analysis on all system development, testing and acceptance. This includes requirement gathering from end users, testing system functionality, documenting specifications, process mapping.
- Advise Service delivery and other key stake holders to understand the analytics requirements by driving an effective business change, guide stake holders to find suitable features for data reporting.
Job Requirements:
- Degree or Honours (12+3 or equivalent)
- Airline Operations, Airline customer experience, Data Analysis – 8+ Years
- Degree in business management or any technology related field.
- Must have excellent stakeholder management skills
