Handling Critical Complaints is Essential
Requiring prompt and effective resolution to maintain dealer relationships and customer satisfaction.
Additionally, the role includes activities focused on dealer enhancement and monitoring spare parts performance to optimize operational efficiency.
Support for fleet customers is integral
Ensuring their needs are met through effective service solutions. The position further encompasses service marketing activities to promote offerings and drive business growth in the dealer network.
