BYD Pakistan, Mega Motor Co, is looking for a “Senior Executive Warranty” in their Customer First department.

Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent

Experience: 2+ years of relevant automotive experience

Location: Head Office

The incumbent must have hands-on experience

In automobile maintenance or claims positions and have strong automobile fault inspection and judgment capabilities. Should have skills in the various business support systems and commonly used office software.

Familiarity with automobile claims & warranty policies

Along with expertise in handling claim application & matters is a must-have, as this role requires the 6S management of claims warehouse. Responsibilities further include the collection of feedback on vehicle quality, technology & preservation of claim files on regular basis.
