BYD Pakistan, Mega Motor Co, is looking for the following roles in their Customer First Department, located at the Head Office – Karachi.

1. Assistant Manager Planning – Customer First Department:

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Management Accounting or equivalent

Experience:
3 – 4 years of relevant experience (automotive preferred)

Responsibilities include analysing and optimizing business performance to drive growth. Mapping and enhancing the customer journey across the full value chain to support sustainable and profitable outcomes. The incumbent will further be responsible to conduct data analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement. Develop data-driven strategies, leveraging insights and AI-enabled automation to streamline operations and improve decision-making. Oversee budget planning and management to ensure financial efficiency and alignment with organizational goals.
