Emirates Group
Cabin Services Assistant (CSA)
Let’s face it, Emirates is looking for people who are passionate about maintaining a sparkling environment, especially in the upscale First Class Shower Spas on the A380. You’re doing more than just cleaning surfaces; you’re adding extras for the wealthy people who demand perfection. Imagine it as the fairy godparent of the spa, but with a uniform and probably less glitz.
What you’ll actually do:
– Make those First Class shower spas look so inviting people might actually want to live in there. Everything should be spotless. Like, “eat-off-the-floor” clean.
– Help out with keeping the restrooms in First, Business, and Economy clean, plus lounge areas and pretty much anywhere that needs a little elbow grease.
– Stick to Emirates’ super high standards for cleanliness and presentation. You’re part of the reason people brag about flying Emirates.
– If you run into any issues or just need backup, you’ll report straight to the Purser, or the Senior Flight Steward/Stewardess if the Purser’s off somewhere important.
What you gotta bring to the table:
– At least finished 10 years of school—so you know, can read signs and follow instructions.
– Two years (minimum) of dealing with customers. If you’ve worked at a fancy hotel, another airline, or anywhere people expect five-star treatment, you’re in a good spot.
– If you’ve done housekeeping in the hospitality world before, honestly, just flex that. Big bonus.
– You gotta speak and write English well. Like, not just “hello, goodbye”—full conversations.
Extra brownie points if:
– You’re obsessed with the tiny details—if a fingerprint on a mirror bugs you, this is your vibe.
– You don’t freak out under pressure.
