Role – Call Center Agent
Contract – 6 Months contract Extendable
Salary – 5000 AED
Location – Dubai
Type – Outsourced
Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally and efficiently.
- Address customer inquiries, complaints, and service requests.
- Provide accurate information about products and services.
- Resolve issues promptly or escalate them when necessary.
- Maintain customer records and update databases.
- Meet performance targets, including call handling time and customer satisfaction.
- Adhere to company policies and quality standards.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a call center or customer service role.
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and call center technology.
- Willingness to work in shifts, including weekends if required
