Job Requirements:

Key Responsibilities:

 

  • Works with the Regional Director to coach the offices within an area in providing outstanding service, having crucial conversations when needed.
  • Manages monthly, quarterly and yearly office results. Helps the Regional Director determine action plans for improvement
  • Assists in the transition of newly acquired offices, with the support of the Regional Director and Director of Transitions.
  • Assists in recruiting and employing individuals who represent the mission of the company.
  • Assists in identifying the training needs within a practice and helps in facilitating appropriate training for team members.
  • Seeks opportunities to improve the service experience for our patients.
  • Maintains composure under pressure and during times of change and stress.
  • Sets a good personal example of attitude, integrity and performance, while promoting teamwork at all times.
  • Conduct team meetings whenever possible to communicate targets and company priorities.
  • Ensures that all marketing promotions are rolled out appropriately, that all team members understand the marketing objectives, and patients are notified for each initiative.
  • Develops strategies to acquire new patients and retain our loyal patients.
  • Works with the Regional Director to analyzes financial statements and address any issues within the area. This encompasses both financial and operating metrics.
  • Assists in preparing and reviewing annual clinic budgets with the Regional Director and corporate management.
  • Ensures proper follow-through on all policies, procedures, directives and initiatives from the Regional Director and Chief Financial Officer.
  • Ensures that key controls are in place and compliant for the area.
  • Works with the Regional Director to manage office expenditures wisely, constantly looking for ways to improve profitability.
  • Understands the roles and responsibilities for all areas of the office and can help in any area when required.
  • Encourages continuing education and assists offices in administrating benefits and extras for all team members.
  • Motivates, guides and coaches Orthodontists and team members to achieve office targets.

Key Qualifications:

  • Experience working in a dental office in an administrative or clinical role is an asset, alternatively, retail, medical, or similar industry is also desired
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • At least 5+ years’ experience in a Leadership or Management role, with Multi-Site Management experience considered a major asset.
  • A Bachelor’s Degree in business, marketing, finance or related field is considered an asset.
  • Willing to travel to their key clinic sites based on business needs.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Proven track record of meeting sales targets.
