Responsibilities:

  • Create detailed 3D models of properties based on architectural drawings, sketches, or other design materials.
  • Produce high-quality, photorealistic renderings of real estate properties, both exterior and interior environments.
  • Develop animated walkthroughs and fly-throughs to provide potential buyers with a dynamic, immersive viewing experience.
  • Collaborate with real estate agents, architects, and other team members to understand project requirements and translate them into compelling CGI visuals.
  • Oversee all technical aspects of CGI workflows, ensuring a seamless integration of CGI visuals into various marketing platforms.
  • Stay current with the latest trends and technologies in CGI to continually improve the quality and efficiency of work.
  • Contribute creative ideas and suggest improvements to optimize the visual representation of our real estate properties.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Animation, Visual Effects, Computer Graphics, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a CGI artist, specifically within the real estate sector.
  • Proficiency in 3D modeling and rendering software like 3ds Max, Maya, Blender, or similar.
  • Strong skills in rendering software like V-Ray, Corona Renderer, or similar.
  • Familiarity with 2D design tools like Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.
  • Experience with VR/AR development is a significant plus.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, artistic sense, and ability to create photorealistic visuals.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Understanding of the real estate market and the specific needs of home buyers is preferred.
