Job Responsibilities

a) Oversee the team to undertake Imports and/or Export of shipments and to ensure maximum efficiency, quality and customer service
b) Work closely and follow instructions from the head of Freight at the Group Level
c) Ensure services are executed in accordance to the processes, terms and timeframes defined by management
d) Ensure all state, customs and other applicable regulations are followed while fulfilling service requirements

Job Requirements

a) 3 – 5 years’ experience in Freight Forwarding or similar industries (Fashion and DG cargo experience is a plus)
b) 3 years’ experience or more in handling a team of shipping coordinators
c) Experience in stakeholder management
