Requirements:

Sales:

  • Achieve Beauty and Fragrance sales targets planned for the year.
  • Proactive sales initiatives to maximize and exceed targets.

Customer service and customer development:

  • Provide superior customer service by showing interest, courtesy and sincerity towards customers.
  • Make sure each client is taken care of, through consultations.

Team development:

  • Develop and motivate the counter team by reaching a minimum of items per transaction.
  • Participate in the development of the sales team, so that they are oriented towards the achievement of sales objectives (monthly, weekly and daily follow-ups).
  • Ensure that the team receives daily, weekly and monthly sales targets and that they are indicated on personalized productivity reports.
  • Train and develop your team.

Events:

  • In collaboration with the Territory Manager and the store, coordinate all details to ensure that events and promotions are a success.
  • Reach objectives of reservations and new customers.

CHANEL Image:

  • Ensure that CHANEL hygiene standards are always maintained.
  • Actively participate in store merchandising:
  • Respect promotional dates for the counter;
  • Ensure merchandising is up to date and respects CHANEL style and guidelines.

Inventory Management:

  • Responsible for inventory management for Beauty and Fragrance products.
  • Knowledge of store inventory (inventory shortage/to offer/available).
  • Inventory rotation management.

Additional responsibilities:

  • Assist the Cosmetics Manager with work schedules, to ensure appropriate counter coverage.
  • Regularly participate in meetings with the counter team, Store Managers, Territory Manager, and visual merchandising team.
  • Maintain good relationships with associates by communicating objectives to be achieved.
  • Perform team and/or individual meetings to fine-tune and establish sales targets.
