We are Hiring! Executive Regulatory Affairs

Key Responsibilities:

• Experience in review & handling legal letters, contracts, agreements and monitor legal obligations under agreements
• Proven professionality in handling lawsuits and litigations
• Providing legal assistance to the HR & Admin for employment matters
• Working closely with all teams in case they require legal support or advice for handling business
• Providing legal advice to the management, different business units, and branches on Commercial, Business Laws, Labour laws etc.
• Ensuring the compliance with existing law and regulatory requirements
• Controlling and following-up of current contracts to avoid governmental fines
• Labour law, IPO & Trade Mark experience is preferred
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills

Skills:

• Strong communication and time management skills

Education:

• Minimum LLB

Experience:

• More than 5 to 6 years of working experience
