The Child Care Specialist assists families in finding excellent child care by providing information and communication to parents, coworkers, providers, and other agencies. Working with families from various backgrounds, identifying child care requirements, inputting relevant information into ERP, regularly monitoring child care schedules, and serving as the data management system’s team lead are all responsibilities of the Child Care Specialist.
