Job Responsibilities:
- Execute business strategy to support our organic growth targets
- The individual will also be responsible for the day-to-day management of Balance Sheet, NIM, LP, Hedge, LLR, control drivers, product rollout as well as client conversions .
- Partner with senior members of the TTS Cluster and Regional Management Team, building and maintaining strong partnership among the ICG Business Heads to ensure full alignment.
- Deliver the financial commitments– drive a balanced scorecard and focus on self run initiatives which lead to P&L growth
Job Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years in Banking with primary focus on Cash Management . Prior Work experience in LMS preferred
- Strong understanding of Citi policies, product platforms including  GCE, Citidirect, Citirisk, Flexcube, RCX, GIW, etc.
- Understanding of interactions between front-end and back-end systems
- Excellent Analytical and Problem solving skills
