▪ Headmaster / Headmistress (A-Levels)

Key Responsibilities:

▪ Oversee smooth academic and administrative operations of the A-Levels section.
▪ Ensure effective curriculum planning, delivery, and assessment procedures.
▪ Lead teacher recruitment, training, and performance evaluation.
▪ Conduct meetings, academic activities, and events aligned with the school’s vision.
▪ Build strong student, staff, and parent engagement through communication and collaboration.
▪ Ensure a safe, healthy, and positive learning environment.
▪ Monitor adherence to examination systems and school policies.
▪ Collaborate with the Principal for strategic planning and school growth.

Qualifications & Experience:

▪ Master’s degree in Education (or relevant field).
▪ 7–8 years of proven academic and administrative experience.
▪ Strong expertise in curriculum planning, teacher supervision, and student development.
▪ Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
▪ Ability to foster a positive and disciplined academic culture.

• Attend meetings and keep minutes.
• Handle and prioritize all outgoing or incoming correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.)
• Make travel arrangements for executives.
• Handle confidential documents, ensuring they remain secure.
• Prepare invoices or financial statements and help with document keeping.
• Maintain electronic and paper records, ensuring information is organized and easily accessible.
• Conduct research and prepare presentations or reports as assigned.
