Job: Full Time
Location: Sharjah, UAE

Job Responsibilities:

• Analyze problems at existing facilities and generate solutions
• Adhere to industry safety practices during the performance of all work.
• Develop timelines for completion of projects within established target dates
• Manage and support facility-related projects and expansions.
• Provide technical support for site facilities leads on equipment troubleshooting, building maintenance, and new construction
• To maintain up-to-date building and system documentation.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant engineering field (mechanical, electrical, civil, biomedical), facilities management, construction management or equivalent experience
• Knowledge of the elements of cost in construction and maintenance including the determination of unit cost records.
• Knowledge of the development and use of contracts, estimates, and specifications
