Job Responsibilities:
- Assist in carrying out all level of civil related tasks.
- May be required to carry out all level of moves and changes, modifications on buildings and structures including partitioning, stitching, grouting, scaffolding, pressure pointing, re-casing and general structural repairs and finishes.
- Follow the appropriate project procedures and instructions to ensure compliance with the requirements;
- Maintain accurate records of buildings and structures work accomplished and other information using a computerized project management system;
Job Requirements:
- Able to foster good relations with colleagues and other departments and be a good team player.
- Flexibility, excellent attention to detail and ability to identify key issues.
- Able to work under stringent deadlines and work in a high pressure environment.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience in the maintenance of buildings and structures activities, such as general structural maintenance and repairs of buildings.
- At least holder of High School Diploma.
