Responsibilities:

Review and analyze contracts to identify potential claims and disputes.
Develop and implement strategies for resolving claims and disputes.
Manage the claims and dispute resolution process, including preparing and submitting claims, negotiating settlements, and coordinating with legal counsel.
Manage and maintain records related to claims and disputes.
Provide guidance and support to other departments on claims and dispute-related matters.
Develop and implement strategies for avoiding claims and disputes in future projects.
Ensure compliance with local regulations and standards.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Law, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience as a Claims Manager in the UAE.
Having a driving license will be a added advantage.
Strong knowledge of construction claims and dispute resolution.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and claims management software.
