Responsibilities:

• Review and analyze contracts to identify potential claims and disputes.
• Develop and implement strategies for resolving claims and disputes.
• Manage the claims and dispute resolution process, including preparing and submitting claims, negotiating settlements, and coordinating with legal counsel.
• Manage and maintain records related to claims and disputes.
• Provide guidance and support to other departments on claims and dispute-related matters.
• Develop and implement strategies for avoiding claims and disputes in future projects.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations and standards.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Law, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Claims Manager in the UAE.
• Having a driving license will be a added advantage.
• Strong knowledge of construction claims and dispute resolution.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and claims management software.
