· Bachelor’s Degree holder in medical technology, Clinical Laboratory Science, Biochemistry, Medical Microbiology or closely related field.
· Minimum 1-2 years’ experience in Qatar.
· Strong working knowledge of various laboratory disciplines (e.g., hematology, chemistry, immunology, microbiology, molecular diagnostics).
· Excellent technical troubleshooting and effective problem-solving capabilities, with the ability to address challenges within the local context.
· Proven experience in the validation of laboratory equipment and software, ensuring accurate and reliable performance.
· Demonstrated ability to deliver engaging training and present technical information clearly to diverse customers.
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
· Fluency in English, both written and spoken
· With Qatar Driving License
· A high level of confidentiality
Responsibilities:
Training and Education
· Develop, coordinate, and deliver comprehensive training programs for customers on the proper use, maintenance and application of the company’s laboratory products portfolio.
· Create and maintain training materials, including manuals, presentations, and accessible online resources.
· Provide ongoing support and education to customers on new product features and applications and best practices.
· Work closely with the Sales team to support product marketing and promotional activities through technical expertise and presentations.
Troubleshooting and Instrument Validations:
· Serve as the primary point contact for all technical and application-related inquiries from our customers across Qatar concerning our laboratory instruments, software, reagents.
· Take a lead role in the thorough validation of Laboratory instruments, ensuring compliance with relevant local and international standards and regulations.
· Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of instrument validation procedures for the successful installation and commissioning of laboratory instruments.
