Responsibilities:

• Administer our Google G Suite applications, Office 365 licensing, and Adobe Creative Cloud accounts.
• Manage Box, Box Sync, and document storage
• Establish and validate endpoint backups with Code42-hosted CrashPlan PROe
• Assist with maintaining accurate inventory, asset tracking, and change management
• Mentor and assist co-workers and vendors for continuity of policies and procedures instituted by our team
• Be a part of our rotating on-call support for cloud application and network related issues
• Monitors server logs, firewall logs, intrusion detection logs, and network traffic for unusual or suspicious activity
• Drive technical innovation and efficiency in infrastructure operations via automation and orchestration.
• Evaluate, respond to, and resolve service issues.
• Design systems monitoring and management solutions using automation and self-repair rather than relying on alerts and human intervention.

Requirements:

• Must have a degree in Science, Technology, Mathematics, Information Technology, or Engineering with 5+ years of IT industry experience and 3+ year experience in deploying Windows Servers in a virtual environment
• Experience in scripting languages such as Powershell or Python
• In-depth knowledge of and experience with platform hardware and OS level support
• Understanding of enterprise class SAN, NAS, and backup technologies
• Expert level knowledge of Windows Server and Linux administration and engineering
• Minimum of five years of systems administration experience
• Certification in AWS, Azure, VMware, MS (MCSE), Linux
