Job Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and oversee Opera Sales and Catering system to include definite, tentative and prospective group and catering booking activity.
- Generate group sales contracts, proposals and deposit/payment invoicing
- Consistently offer professional, friendly and engaging service
- Ensure prompt and courteous service is extended to both internal and external Guests
- Respond to general inquiries during site inspections
- Prioritize all telephone calls and in-person visitors, scheduling appointments as required
Job Requirements:
- Two years’ experience working for a luxury hotel; and/or other sales related experience preferred
- Strong work ethic and the ability to work extended hours when required
- Strong organization and time management skills
- Proven ability to work efficiently in a demanding and fast paced environment
- Computer proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Opera Sales & Catering, and ability to understand and interpret financial data
