WE ARE HIRING! ASSISTANT MANAGER PRODUCTION SUPPORT

Position: The role is responsible for providing technical expertise and process support to refinery operations by overseeing process optimization, troubleshooting, performance monitoring, and management of change (MOC) activities. The role ensures safe, reliable, and efficient refinery operations while supporting production targets, product quality, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Experience: Minimum 7 years of relevant experience in a refinery or process engineering within the Oil & Gas industry.

Education/Knowledge: Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering from a recognized institute. Strong understanding of refinery processes and unit operations with expertise in process troubleshooting, optimization, process safety practices, and MOC procedures, supported by strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
