Position: Manager IT Operations & Infrastructure (Karachi)

Experience:

• 10+ years of experience in IT systems and operations, preferably in FMCG, banking or manufacturing.

   

• 5+ years of experience leading a team and managing complex IT projects across operations.

   

• Good technical knowledge of Cloud, Microsoft, Google Workspace and SAP Bases/Landscapes.

Job Responsibilities:

• Keep business critical systems up and running and be prepared for emergencies.

   

• Properly manage and secure Google Workspace tools.

   

• Take care of users and permissions (Microsoft AD, SAP Base, Group Policies) and secure logins.

   

• Follow cybersecurity rules to keep computers and servers secure.

Education: Minimum graduate degree or equivalent in Computer Science / Computer Engineering, with technical proficiency in Microsoft AD, SAP BASIS/ Infrastructure support, Google Workspace Administration & Cisco Networking (Switches/Routers/Firewalls)
