Job Responsibilities:
- Commercial Lead on the project
- Provision of guidance and advice on valuation of work in progress and future projections.
- Preparation of CLAW (Commercial, Legal and Administration Workbook) for the project
- Contract Administration: Timely submittal of contractually compliant notices, interim particulars and detailed particulars.
Job Requirements:
- Must have a minimum of 10 to 12 years work experience in which of 5 years in a similar role and capacity Significant track record of success in supporting a major contract over the value of AED400mil, business unit or region and/or professional function as Commercial lead Proven track record of developing client relationship Proven track record of delivery of projects from inception to final account and TOC. Manager the team size of 5 Professionals (Commercial)
- Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineer and/or Quantity Surveying
- Working towards Membership of Professional Body (RICS or CIOB)
- Excellent understanding of commercial and financial acumen
