We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Business Development Manager to lead our home fragrance division’s commercial and retail strategies. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in fragrance industry, exceptional sales and negotiation skills, and a deep understanding of the commercial and retail landscape.

Responsibilities:

• Managing organizational sales by developing a business plan that covers sales, revenue, and expense controls.
• Meeting planned sales goals.
