Responsibilities:
- Prepare data for compensation and benefits analyses by aggregating and consolidating relevant information.
- Clean reported data and conduct quality checks to ensure accuracy and reliability.
- Analyze benefits data, including gathering, organizing, and interpreting relevant information.
- Support HR Business Partners in conducting salary reviews and formulating competitive offers.
- Assist in the design and implementation of incentive schemes to drive employee motivation and performance.
- Conduct internal and external salary and benefits benchmarking to ensure competitiveness in the market.
- Provide guidance and advice to other members of the HR team on fundamental compensation and benefits topics.
- Benchmark benefits policies and practices against market data and make recommendations for improvement.
- Implement salary benchmarking reviews to identify employee positioning and propose appropriate adjustments.
- Develop salary scales tailored to various markets to support effective compensation strategies.
- Perform job evaluations to determine appropriate job classifications and salary ranges.
- Participate in salary surveys to gather industry-specific compensation data.
- Prepare and maintain quarterly reports on compensation and benefits metrics, trends, and analysis.
- Collaborate with HR Business Partners and HR Directors across regions to perform benefits and salary reviews, propose salary increments, and review job offers.
 Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience 3 years in a similar role, preferably in a multinational organization.
- Strong knowledge of compensation and benefits principles, practices, and regulations.
- Proficiency in HRIS systems, Microsoft Office Suite, data analysis and reporting tools.
- Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail.
- Familiarity with salary benchmarking techniques and methodologies.
- Strong understanding of job evaluation and grading systems.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
