Job Responsibilities:
- Validation of new offers as per budget / approval.
- Approvals of new joiners, leavers, leaves posting in the local system.
- Follow up on stretch files on monthly basis.
- Communicating the approved commercial and stretch targets to the boutiques on monthly basis.
Job Requirements:
- Finance/Accounting Background
- Excellence in Excel
- Comp & Ben & Payroll processing is preferable
