Job Description:

The Field Supervisor is accountable for all builder center field installation services. This responsibility include all administrative, field, service, and maintenance functions. Additionally, this job will manage the activities of operations personnel including field service and contract service personnel such as cabinet installers, countertop suppliers, and custom accessory vendors.

Job Requirements:

  • Weekly activity and service reports, monthly service, forecasting, and mileage reports, and quarterly bonus reports are all examples of periodic reports that you should make.
  • Monitoring, analyzing, and assessing occurrences utilizing logging and drilling data to solve frequently complicated drilling issues
  • Good interactions between all parties involved, such as meetings and positive interactions, lead to the provision of high-quality and timely services that suit their own requirements as well as the needs of their partners and the government.
  • Makes recommendations on the most suitable educational and/or vocational support services to be provided to clients in order to close the achievement gap.
  • Building membership structure and undertaking workplace organizing with members ensures that staff are accomplishing Council goals.
  • Serve as a major negotiator and grievance handler for union members in a number of positions, including staffing of union management communication committee meetings and processing grievances.
  • Separates information or data obtained or gathered by verbal, written, or electronic communication in order to assess the consequences and determine the best solution and resolve challenges.
  • Changing harmful behaviors with cognitive/behavioral therapy may help individuals find out how to work.
  • Union members, labor partners, and state agencies may bring concerns to the attention of the Union Grievance Committee, which investigates and resolves them.
  • Oversees campaign execution within their service regions and ensures that necessary standards are met. Contract campaigns, membership education drives, membership mobilization efforts, leadership recruitment and development, and political activity are all examples of this.

Skills:

 

  • Extensive field experience in the construction sector, including knowledge of cabinet installation and servicing, order input and delivery scheduling, and managing subcontractors, is desirable.
  • By establishing strong working relationships, adapting leadership style to different employees, identifying growth needs, providing coaching and mentoring for individuals in the workplace, effective leadership is shown.
  • Ability to listen and communicate effectively with customers/clients in order to carry out obligations or answer to typical inquiries from customers/clients, regulatory authorities, members of the business community, and the general public.
  • good understanding of abstract as well as tangible variables and the capacity to decipher complex technical instructions presented in a mathematical or diagrammatic format is required for this position.
  • The competence to use experience or education obtained via the operation of transformers and other oil-filled/gas-filled electrical equipment in the context of the processing and disposal of all hazardous waste products generated by SCE and contractor facilities is necessary.
