A successful applicate must demonstrate a true passion for service delivery and provide bespoke suggestions and services to our guests. The candidate must constantly be enhancing and sharing their knowledge with the team to ensure a world-class and up-to-date knowledge within the team is maintained. Due to guest demographics, being able to converse in Russian, Arabic, Chinese, Friend, or German is advantageous.
Job Responsibilities
A Concierge is crucial to the success of the guest stay and creating amazing experiences and everlasting memories. A true people person must enjoy working closely with guests and surrounding teams to be able to anticipate, align and surprise and delight guests through a natural and anticipatory style of service. An exceptional Food & Beverage, Hotel, internal and local knowledge of Dubai so are able to enhance and make tailored guest experiences and itineraries.
